Shipping

Can you tell me about what to expect with shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

We do! The only places we cannot ship to at this time is Russia and Ukraine. Please note that we DO NOT collect VAT or duties on purchase, so please be aware you may have to pay fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, this is entirely out of our control.

My order hasn't arrived or has been misdelivered.

Shipping carriers are sometimes bad at updating the tracking, so do keep an eye out. If your package does not arrive, you'll have to contact your carrier and file a claim as we have no control over packages after they've left our case. However, do feel free to contact us at shop@tamberlanecomic.com if you have questions.

I entered the wrong address!

Please contact our fulfillment partner at help@whitesquirrel.com as soon as possible. Include in the subject line your ORDER NUMBER and TAMBERLANE SHOP. 

Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to intercept the package. If you require a change of address once an order has shipped, you may be responsible for any carrier fees for change of address.

Shop Questions

I need to cancel my order.

Please contact me ASAP at shop@tamberlanecomic.com so we can cancel and refund your order. If the order is already processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Once a cancellation has been processed, the funds will be released immediately but may take 3-10 days for the credit to post to your account.

Can I add an item to my existing order?

If you want to add an item to your order, please contact us at shop@tamberlanecomic.com with your ORDER NUMBER and what you're looking to add, and we will advise you from there. Since we have two different fulfillment partners (Printful, White Squirrel), the answer can be complicated depending on whether you want to add items from different partners.

When will you restock an item?

It depends on the item. Some items will only be on the shop until they sell out. Others may be restocked. For products like books which have a very expensive restock cost in the tens of thousands, we may need to crowdfund a reprint run (though we hope to not need to).
