Thank you so much for shopping at our indie artist store! As we are small, our fulfillment times may vary, but we will always do our best to make sure your purchase goes well.
Order Processing
We have two different fulfillment partners at this time: Printful, who creates our print-on-demand products like t-shirts and mugs, and White Squirrel, who ships out all of our books. As such, please note that orders that contain both may need to pay for more shipping.
White Squirrel
Our fulfillment partner White Squirrel is located in Everett, Washington, USA. They are a small business with a small but hard-working staff, and their fulfillment time is generally between 1-2 weeks for any non-preorder item, not including the time your order spends in shipping.
They handle thousands of orders each week, and sometimes there are processing time delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves their warehouse.

Printful
On average, Printful takes 2-5 days to create your item. After that, shipping time is variable and depends on your carrier and location. If you have not received an email that your item is being created within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us at shop@tamberlanecomic.com. We may have forgotten to click a button!
Printful has multiple warehouse locations across the world and will ship from the one closest to you.
Digital Files
The link to your digital files will be emailed to you after your order is complete. Please be sure your email is correct before you complete your order or we will not be able to deliver it to you!
If you have run out of downloads for your file, please contact us at shop@tamberlanecomic.com and we can help you out.
Customer Responsibilities
Please be sure your shipping address is fully correct before you submit your order. If a mistake in the address causes the parcel to be returned as a result of customer error, it is your responsibility to pay for reshipment.
If an order is damaged or not up to expectations, please contact shop@tamberlanecomic.com in a timely manner, with photos of the damage or mistake. If you do not reach out within 20 days of order delivery, we cannot accommodate changes.
Misplaced or Lost Orders
Unfortunately, once an order goes into the postal system, we have no control over them. We are not responsible for any missing or lost parcels, and we cannot replace or refund your order in the case of these events. Please reach out to your carrier and file a claim for best results.
